User Permissions & Intellectual Property

The original content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Us.  This material includes, but is not limited to, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and videos.

Nothing on the Website should be construed to grant the User with a license to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, original images, etc. owned by Us or by any third party.

The User guarantees that all content they share with the Website/Us is truthful, legal, and accurate.

The User acknowledges the information provided by the Website or through the Website’s services is for educational purposes and in no way constitutes medical advice.  The User agrees that any suggestions of changes to diet, supplementation, lifestyle, testing, etc. should be approved of and be overseen by the User’s personal physician(s).  The user agrees to hold Us harmless for any choices the User makes with information provided by the Website or through the Website’s services.

Refund Policy

A refund for a service will only be provided under one of the following circumstances:  1. If the User has purchased a singular consultation service and has not received the service within 90 days of the User having provided Us all necessary information for Us to provide said service.  2. If the User has purchased a two-part consultation service (initial writeup + meeeting and follow-up writeup + meeting) and has not received the initial service within 90 days of the User having provided Us all necessary information for Us to provide the initial service.  3. If the User has purchased a two-part consultation service (initial writeup + meeeting and follow-up writeup + meeting) and has not received the follow-up service within 90 days of Our scheduling said follow-up service along with having provided Us all necessary information for Us to provide the follow-up service.

Given the services We provide and the work that goes into reviewing and commenting on each User’s health situation, all sales are final, and refunds will not be given for any other circumstance than those listed above.

Jurisdiction

The use of the Website and any dispute arising out of such use of the Website is subject to the laws of the state of Missouri.
